Based in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside, the Shed Health Club is more than just a gym. We have revolutionary, unrivalled equipment and Personal Trainers in our state-of-the-art fitness facility. We are very excited to present our launch video and 3D designs of the new Shed Health Club. Services
Indoor cycling, often also called spinning, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Specially designed to deliver muscle tone and conditioning in every area of the body, Kettlebells are ingenious fitness tools that give brilliant results.
My name is Daniel and I decided to become a Personal Trainer because I want to help people and from my own experiences of wanting to get in better shape and look after myself better. Having been on my own journey I want to use the skills I have learned along with my own experiences to help you achieve sustainable long-term results!
My name is Grant Baillie, I am currently studying Health, Fitness and Exercise at a North East of Scotland College. From a very young age, I have always enjoyed helping others lead a healthy and active lifestyle. This has led to me pursuing a career as a Personal Trainer, which has always been my life-long goal.
I am passionate about giving young people the opportunity to remain active throughout their youth, which will provide children of all ages the chance to try new things and discover new passions, which can be highly beneficial for their general development. Having been a fitness enthusiast for many years, I am very much enjoying passing down my experiences to the younger generation at The Shed Health Club.
With over 20 years' experience in the health and fitness industry, Ben brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to the The Shed Health Club. From his time as Gym Manager at David Lloyd Aberdeen, he can be credited with the training and development of a number of PTs in the North East of Scotland (including our very own Rachel!).

Joined the shed recently. The staff are so friendly, the outdoor kettle bells classes are amazing. Really welcoming environment for anyone to exercise in.

This could well be the best gym in Scotland. Great equipment and the friendliest, most welcoming staff and clients. If you're looking for a local gym but are nervous about getting started, this is the place for you!

Nicest gym I’ve ever been too. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Rachel and Daniel are never too busy to answer questions or suggest an exercise. I like the selection of machines and weights. Great atmosphere and everyone is friendly. Always plenty of parking, and great free coffee too!
