Aberdeen Fitness Studio is a private personal training studio, specialising in small group personal training and one-to-one sessions. With a selection of small group PT, one-to-one and buddy sessions to choose from, our well equipped and spacious private studio is the ideal environment to work towards and achieve your fitness goals.

Services
One-to-One sessions can be the most effective form of training for a lot of our clients, especially those who feel they need the highest levels of individualised support. You'll have a highly experienced and passionate trainer's sole focus on you, delivering well- structured and suitable challenging sessions, specifically tailored to your individual abilities and goals.
We can cater for groups of 2-4 individuals in our private gym, ensuring a highly focussed, effective, and personalised session for each person. Regular gym programme designs, nutritional guidance, recipe packs and email/phone support is included in all our buddy session packages. With sessions starting from 15 per person, get in contact to book your slots and start working towards your fitness goals!

Aberdeen Fitness has fantastic facilities and top quality equipment. Michael is very knowledgeable, providing the right level of encouragement and support. Importantly he prioritises your safety, demonstrated by his robust COVID precautions. To top it all the group training is great value, I highly recommend Aberdeen Fitness to anyone.

I have been training with Michael for a number of years now. I began one to one sessions to help build my stamina and improve my overall health. I feel I have achieved this and I am continuing with my weekly sessions.
I like the cleanliness and privacy of the studio. Michael is very vigilant regarding my posture during sessions which I find very reassuring. He is encouraging, and very professional, throughout. I would highly recommend Michael for a tailored fitness regime to suit you, individually.

I joined this gym on a taster course for 4 weeks as I was curious to find out more about how it worked in a small group PT session. I usually have a problem trying to motivate myself and I find Michael is great at this and now I have a greater energy level and am lifting weights I never would on my own. He is really encouraging and my confidence in the gym has grown loads.
If you’re thinking about doing personal training but unsure if you’d like it then give the taster course a go - I’m sure you’ll see the advantages and carry on from there.

Michael is a first class trainer, both supportive and encouraging in helping you to push your own boundaries - certainly gets me lifting weights I wouldn’t be doing on my own! Great gym environment and set up, ideal for small group class with everyone working to their own capabilities - so get yourself along. I’m in 50s and wasn’t a ‘gym person’ - but really enjoying the challenge & fitness benefits this brings.

Michael keeps the workouts challenging, yet fun and enjoyable. Michael has helped me achieve my goals and makes our sessions fun. He constantly varies exercises and switches up workouts so you never know what’s coming!. He is very motivating and encouraging. I have been training with Michael for 4 years now, attending the group PT sessions. I have noticed a positive change to my fitness levels and my strength. I’ve been attending sessions with Michael for almost 4 years now and there’s a good reason for that! Michael is very professional and the group sessions he runs fit very well round my work schedule. I’ve developed so much strength over the years I’ve been going and the sessions are always challenging but so enjoyable (most of the time!), there’s the social aspect too of having others there within the group you’re training in which can be motivational also! Michael is very encouraging and supportive. Would definitely highly recommend!

Michael is an excellent personal trainer who genuinely cares about his clients' fitness goals. He truly pays attention to the client within that one-on-one session, and he intuitively knows what he/she needs for that extra push to accomplish his/her fitness objectives. I have been training with Michael for a couple of years now. When I first started, I had been a regular gym goer for many years and although slim I could never see muscle definition or the appearance I wanted to portray of being athletic and someone who trained hard. I didn't think that I was able to grow muscle and wasn't convinced to begin with that I needed a personal trainer.
