Lucy Drake dealt with my conveyancing for a house sale and purchase. I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Having previously used an online company for a move, with documents all sent via email, I was delighted to receive a printed, bound report from Machlachlan's at the end of the conveyancing process.

Tom Gawler was fantastic from start to finish, dealing with a particularly poor solicitor on the other side. It is safe to say that the sale would not have concluded had it not been for his perseverance and tenacity.

She gave him a first-aid kit and refused to assist any further. Not even to get her out of the rain. Once the emergency services had arrived and taken
