People need to be able to envisage what the property would look like if they were living there. People often find this difficult, so make it easy for them to see all the fantastic living space you're offering them. Don't make it look like a generic hotel; leave some personality. Apart from anything else it gives unimaginative buyers suggestions as to what they might do.

Excellent service. Staff has been excellent very friendly and so very helpful especially in the way they go above the norm to help you find a property and the support they offer from the beginning of your hunt even after your purchase they are always there to ensure that you settle in your new home. The Manager even ser up an hotel In an emergency as we were arriving late to pick up the keys on the night we were moving as we drove through the storm we couldn't be more grateful as we had our son who has Special Needs it was very long drive. Carl was a great help in finding a Tenant for our flat, he was clear, friendly and responded straight away. We had a tenant within a week of first contacting him. It was completely stress free. Our tenant is lovely, so i can't recommend Torbay Property Management highly enough. Carl even helped me out when I forgot my keys to the property!
