Managing leasehold blocks is a complex business that requires a full understanding of leases and a knowledge of the statutory requirements of the various landlord and tenant legislation. We are passionate about creating and maintaining urban & rural communities. We aim to provide a range of core services for residential & mixed-use developments.
We offer a bespoke management service to developers. As your development approaches completion, we can assist in setting the building up ready for occupation. We will work closely with your sales teams to ensure that future property owners have an accurate picture of the services available on the development and a clear idea of the annual budget.
As soon as your property is registered with Crown Property Management the system immediately starts to seek suitable tenants and thus our management begins. The full management service includes, vetting of tenants, drawing up tenancy agreements, compiling inventories, dealing with all administration, property inspections, collection of rent, advice on current regulations and full peace of mind you require.
The 1993 Leasehold Reform Act (as amended) provides the right for leaseholders to collectively compel the Landlord to sell the Freehold to them. Leaseholders meeting the required criteria can form a Residents Management Company, raise funds and complete a formal legal process in order to take this action.

I have used Crown Property for quite a few years and have always been satisfied with them. They have dedicated staff looking after each property and so you soon build up a relationship as you always deal with the same person. Crown Property Management have provided an excellent and highly professional service in assisting with the management of our residential and commercial properties in the Brixham area for the last few years. We would in particular recommend Darren Stocks who is highly experienced in his field. They are extremely responsive and experienced as a management company. We have dealt with some larger national firms previously but would not go back now we have been working with Crown.
