All the staff were very pleasant and helpful! The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Situated very central and next to kelvinGrove park is a great location for a city break.
Breakfast was fine and again the staff were really nice. Would definitely stay again, good value for your money! Thank you.

Nice basic small hotel. Receptionist was a bit frosty..
Our room on 2nd floor was accessed by steep curved staircases which made me out of breath! Rooms are clean, plain and simple.
Breakfast was served efficiently and pleasantly in the busy breakfast room downstairs, and was hot and cooked well.
All in all, very good for the money!

Got a room for 3 people and the wingless beds were comfy and the room was a great size for the price for the three of us - o ly issue was there were some cracks in the roof, the door handle to the room from the outside and from the inside of the bathroom was loose like it might come off? Made opening the doors... unnerving. Some of the wall was peeling in the corners of the room. There was a strong smell coming from the shower drain. There was no lock option on the door for the bathroom; despite having two locks installed neither worked - one was a bolt that didn't have a hole to bolt into. Bedroom

What a fabulous place! It's basic but a great place for being budget. The room was huge and plenty of space for our 3 night stay. The staff were lovely at breakfast with a great selection of items cooked to order as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. The coffee is fresh from a proper machine. The hotel itself is central and close to Kelvingrove Park so a short walk to the subway or a 25 min walk into the centre. The beds have seen better days and the room was a little scruffy but it's honestly well worth the money we paid. Thanks!

Cheap no frills hotel. Very friendly staff.
Rooms in need of updating. Furniture and fixtures very worn (wheel was found in a draw which I later found out was off the bed). Mattress very hard. No air conditioning or fans as was extremely warm when I visited finding it hard to sleep. I got a single room and it is very cramped. Bring your own toiletries as the shower gel smells rather strange.
Free breakfast was really good. Parking vouchers very useful (£2 per half day) and plenty of on street parking. Close to the centre with easy public transport links.

Stayed Tuesday into Wednesday, just to get away from the normal used the hotel before years ago, can honestly say everything was perfect. Lovely room and great breakfast. Staff are amazing working hard to keep the hotel clean and running well. Will be back as soon as we get a chance stay a bit longer.
Keep up the good work 👌😁
