Please note that where cases are more complex, such as newbuild properties, HelpToBuy schemes or complex legal work such as exclusivity agreements, additional charges may apply. When buying or selling a property, there are always charges that we have to pay on your behalf to third parties such as management companies or local authorities.

We have a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and will only accept CVs from direct candidates or those recruiters on our list. All other speculative CVs will be treated as such and no introductory charges will be paid.

We used the partnership about 3 years ago and found them to be excellent, responsive and great value for money. Based on this experience reappointed them to assist with the sale of my flat, and purchase of a house. As expected, the on boarding process was very swift, sadly, after this step, the entire process degraded. Our solicitor was incredibly relaxed, and proactivity was non existent. They prefer to hide behind their portal, delivering vague, non committal weekly updates, rather than speaking with their clients. A simple freehold flat sale turned complex when the purchasers conveyancer began holding out for questions which were unanswerable. Both purchaser and myself struggled with how to get the transfer to go forward. The Partnership were superb in supporting me, communicating, and eventually getting things through. Their website is excellent, and I knew where I was at every stage. A reasonable fee, transparent on their statement page. Really first class, and I have already recommended them to at least five friends. Brilliant.

The Partnership has been fantastic. Their web-based system is excellent. The fees were layout in detail at the start with no extra/hidden costs, weekly updates kept us informed as the process went along and there was excellent communication throughout. They pushed when our buyers solicitors were being slow and met the deadlines despite us selling during the busy rush for the stamp duty deadlines. I would highly recommend.
