Services
We are Julia and Chris, new owners of the business with a whole new approach to looking after your pets. With many years of experience around animals, we understand the needs of your pets and know how to keep them entertained, safe and healthy while they are in our care. Together with our direct hands-on approach to our business, that guarantees your peace of mind when you choose New Forge Pet Hotel for your pet's 'holiday'.
The New Forge Pet Hotel boarding kennels provide a secure, comfortable environment for your dog where they will receive a real home from home experience including regular exercise, attention to every detail and a level of care which is second to none. Kennel accommodation is spacious, heated and hygienic and the essentials of bed and food are provided, although you are welcome to bring your dog's own bedding and food if you prefer.
We will collect or receive your pets at any time during our normal opening hours, which are currently 8am - 12pm and 2pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday and / or 8am - 12pm, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays. We now only provide dog boarding services. We no longer cater for cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds or any other type of small animal.

Just picked my 2 dogs up after our family 11 day annual holiday.1 Yorkie and a German Shepard.
I will add my dogs have never been in a kennel or a pet hotel before so I was more apprehensive than the dogs (I think)
I could not thank Chris and Juliet enough very professional, clean helpful and just lovely people..

I was going to cancel my holiday because I was so scared of leaving my timid toy pomapoo. Dropped him off the evening before and worried myself to death until ringing from Gran Canaria the next morning. Teddy was fine, he'd been out first thing on a walk and had eaten his breakfast. Arrived home a week later, Teddy was dropped off and was absolutely fine and just glad to see me. The only downside I think is that he now cries to play with other dogs when he see's them (he may need a brother or sister). Would have no problem booking another holiday knowing that Teddy will have one too!
