Jack, a Professional Mixed Martial Artist, and his close friend Tom, a BJJ Roger Gracie black belt, always wanted to start their own gym. Then they met an Aussie business guy, Trent, who had a like minded approach to health and fitness, and here we are. We formed this partnership, opening the club in 2015.

In the first 5 years, the gym exceeded our expectations and we have built a community with an exceptional coaching staff; making lifelong friends along the way! We are passionate about creating the perfect gym to teach and train with our friends.

Our coaches have years of experience in competition (with many world titles) and have trained with some of the most elite athletes and coaches around the world. They know how to keep your workouts fresh, rewarding, and most importantly, keep you focused on your goals. We have a versatile group of coaches so that we can provide you with the best in the industry for each individual area of Martial Arts, Strength, fitness and Yoga.
