I really wouldn't use these. You need to go to the station supervisor's office on platform 3. It's not always staffed, it takes a while (15 minutes from getting off the train to getting on the bike). The bikes are exposed to the elements and suffering because of that. The bike I hired hadn't got great brakes, the seat height wasn't adjustable because of the rust, and the gear changes skipped. The bike weighs a lot too and it's hard going.
