Sunset Park Holiday Village began life in the 1980s as a simple caravan park. It has grown into one of the North West's leading holiday parks. Our park is a superb example of entrepreneurship and private investment within the tourism industry. Though relatively small, Sunset Park has a range of quality facilities and features more often seen in a large park.
Here at Sunset Park Holiday Village we have two fishing lakes that are available for use by owners and holidaymakers (providing they hold a valid Rod Licence - see below). The first lake, Merepoint, is situated at the centre of the park by the Puddled Duck. The second lake, Lakeside, is a little more secluded at the further end of the park.
Here at Sunset Park Holiday Village we have a total of 12 luxury lodges and holiday homes on offer for short-term holiday rental. In addition to this, 5 of those available for holidays and short breaks have their own private hot tubs. Bookings can be made either by the week or for 3 or 4 night short breaks.
As our sister site, Hambleton Country Park is the perfect location for those who are retired or semi-retired. The site is situated in the stunning Fylde and Wyre countryside in Lancashire, offering the perfect getaway. Furthermore, our site has a full 12-month residential licence, so you are able to live on-site in your unit.
One of our other sites in Lancashire is Pool Brow Caravan Park, a small and exclusive community for the retired and semi-retired. Offering holiday homes for sale along the Fylde coast, this site is ideal for those looking for a relaxing and quiet location. Each unit comes with its own driveway, garden space as well as decking, providing you with your own private space.

Stayed here last week in the Mallard lodge, enjoyed the break away but the lodge was not up the expectations of £100+ a night standards.
We don’t normally say anything on the defects of a accommodations but there was so many with this place feel its right to highlight them:
Throughout the lodge there were several broken lights with bulbs not working.
Hot tub had a broken control, resulting in some jets not working correctly.
Kitchen cupboard outside was damaged, microwave was damaged, found a mouldy smelly tea towel in the washing machine.
Living room fire was not working correctly

Ripped off. Purchased number 79H, for £45000 in Sept. 2019. Because of personal problems in Jan. 2020, had to move out, Patrick, the joint owner only offered me £9000 ( a loss of £36,000 in 4 months ). This rose to £10500, when I had a third party interested in it! Patrick was complaining about having to get rid of it and could be out of pocket. Having paid my £3060 ground rent in Dec.2019, he conned me out of nearly £38500 in 4 months. A real rip off, stay clear of him, there a nicer caravan parks not far away
