CrossFit is a functional training programme universally scalable, meaning anyone of any fitness level can take part. We specialise in not specialising, meaning our fitness is well rounded and consists of cardio, strength, and gymnastics. CrossFit Oakham is Rutland's only CrossFit gym.
Our gym is probably different from those you have been to before - we have no fancy machines, instead our coach-led sessions use bodyweight movements, barbells, kettlebells, ropes and cardio equipment to create a fitness programme that makes you the strongest, fastest, and fittest you have ever been!

What a great experience. I just turned up at Oakham Crossfit hoping to have a one off workout, Ryan made me feel extremely welcome and let me try the class that evening. All abilities and fitness levels took part and although I consider myself to be quite fit, I was definitely put through my paces. It was clear Ryan knew what he was talking about so I booked in for some private sessions and he didn't disappoint! I brushed up technique on basic exercises and learnt some great new Crossfit / Olympic lifting moves.
