Oadby Yoga & Fitness would like to welcome you to our purpose built Yoga studio available for 1:1s and small private classes (up to 5 people). Each class can be tailored to your own requirements making it an ideal way to complement other sports or activities, ie running, swimming, football, martial arts etc.

Our aim is to provide friendly tuition, suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and ability. We specialise in Beginners' Yoga as well as helping those who have been practicing Yoga for a while who would like to deepen their practice, always with an emphasis on correct alignment and breathing. Throughout your practice you will be introduced to new, interesting and fun ways to get fit, stay healthy, mobile and strong.
Services
A one-hour class of slow and thoughtful Yoga. Taking our time to work into the positions on a level that is suitable for you while offering you the opportunity of improving both your strength, balance and flexibility. Briefly, the class comprises of reclined and seated exercises to warm up the body, before moving into and holding some of the popular asanas (positions).

Richard is the best yoga teacher I've come across. A range of classes for different experience levels and the one to one classes are extremely helpful for improving technique.

Richard at Oadby yoga is an inspirational teacher. He has exhalent teaching skills with a very peaceful and easy manner. He demonstrates an exceptional level of knowledge aimed at all abilities. The yoga study provides a lovely space to practice in.
