I am Rosie Bennett, a 27 year old food enthusiast with a love of preparing and eating delicious locally sourced food. Having completed my degree in Classics at University College London I decided I had had enough of Latin and Greek to last me a lifetime.

I knew I wanted to work for myself and have always had a passion for food, remembering nearly every meal I've ever eaten and having enjoyed cookery from a young age, learning much from watching my mother and grandmother in the kitchen.Having grown up in Southwold, one of the prettiest places to live in the whole world I knew that I wanted to carry on working in this beautiful town.
