With regards to our food, our meat is always fresh, not frozen and is produced by Suffolk farms and prepared for us by local butchers. We do not use cheap frozen imported meat.
We offer a wide range of food styles ranging from traditional 3 or 4 course 'sit downs', slightly more informal rotisserie chickens (or other meats cooked on the spit), 3 meat carveries, hog roasts, big pan paella (chicken and chorizo or sea food), classic beef wellington or perhaps some steaks, free range Suffolk chicken and farm produced Suffolk sausages or home made chicken and chorizo burgers etc on a bbq!

In 2005 Ian Dickson's daughter Georgina was married and at the Wedding Reception all the well laid plans for the Reception fell into place apart from one thing - The Bar was dreadful! Rickety old wooden structure of a bar, 2 hours late to open with a poor choice of drinks, understaffed with 2 scruffy barmen resulting in long queues waiting to be served and by 9.00pm they ran out of beer!
Here at Prestige, we pride ourselves on the quality of our service and the way we present our food. When catering our service is friendly and very flexible whilst always being efficient and happy to help. Using only fresh, locally produced meats and, wherever possible, local produce from Suffolk suppliers, our chefs will produce something tasty and traditional or modern and refreshing.
To make the event special and to let your guests enjoy the 'theatre' of it all, we like to place the giant pans in a position for all to see then cook in front of your guests whilst encouraging them to have their photos taken and engage with us in conversation. The dishes are always cooked using freshly prepared ingredients and as they only take around 90 minutes or so from start to finish, they are great for flexible timings!
For table service we ask an additional small charge per person please to cover the cost of the extra staff required. We also offer a special price for 'evening bbqs' with a little less of a selection, baps, a simple side salad, sauces etc and served using disposables etc instead of crockery and cutlery.
We only use top quality, locally produced, outdoor reared, lean hogs from a named Suffolk Farm which we roast slowly on a spit for several (8-9) hours until the meat is tender and succulent and the crackling is crisp and tasty!
We refuse to use the cheap hogs (often up to 40% cheaper!) that are available from some cash and carry outlets as they often originate from places such as Taiwan and Peru where the use of dubious foodstuffs and growth additives tend to be the order of the day.We much prefer our outdoor reared, properly fed and cared for, Suffolk Hogs!

We had Prestige cater and run the bar for our wedding on the 6th November and I will say with absolute certainty, it was the best decision we made.
Everything that Ian, David and their whole team did was exceptional. The food was absolutely delicious and their bar was better than any I've been to.
They are absolute professionals, which means you can completely trust them to get on and deliver, which on your wedding day, I can say is a real relief.
When looking for catering for our wedding, we approached a few companies, some didn't respond, others came back with 're mortgage your house' prices

Ian and his team were absolutely fantastic when they provided an Italian Feast for our wedding. They bent over backward to accommodate our requirements including replacing the traditional meat main courses with imaginative vegetarian options. The team on the day were so professional, efficient, cheeful and helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. The food was delicious, everyone commented on how good it was, including people who lived in Italy! And there was loads of it, so we were feasting on "meatloaf" for lunch the next day! We really couldn't be happier and would thoroughly recommend them

We used Prestige for our wedding breakfast, canopés and bar. The communication was fantastic from start to finish, the best of all suppliers we used by far. They friendly, professional, happy to offer advice and were very open and honest. The food was amazing, from the tasting to the service that was totally personalised to our request. They made up dishes we asked for. We felt totally at ease and stress free throughout the whole process. Staff on the night were amazing and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding caterer / bar service. Thank you so much for making our special day the

EDITED - As you can see from this companies response they are highly unprofessional. They have still made no attempt to resolve this privately leaving us out of pocket financially and having a dampener on our wedding day. Sad that it came to this!
We had Prestige for both our catering and bar at our wedding and all I can say is it was very disappointing.
We had to rearrange our wedding due to covid which they had been accommodating with.
Unfortunately as the day drew nearer Ian became increasingly difficult to get hold of and this only worsen in the run up to the day.

Prestige did the catering for our wedding in September 2021.
When we talked about what was important to us for our wedding this was great food, plentiful drink and awesome music. I have been completely overwhelmed by people telling us how amazing the food was - I know often at weddings the food can be a bit of a let down and we are so proud of the feast Prestige put on for our friends and family.

Prestige did both the bar and the catering for our wedding. We chose Prestige after attending several events catered for by them and we were always impressed with the food and service provided. This didn’t alter for our wedding, from initial enquiries, to lots of questions and service on the day I cannot fault any aspect of their service. The staff were polite and efficient, the food was delicious and plentiful and the bar was well stocked with excellent service. Ian communicated well before the wedding and was flexible to suit the requirements for our day as well as answering our many questions

We had a summer party for approx 50 people and were absolutely thrilled with Ian and his team. Communication throughout was really efficient and all my many changes were accommodated!
There was plenty of food and the quality was first rate, the vegan options were really top rate which makes a change!

We used Prestige for our wedding on 4th Aug 21 which we had rearranged from 2020 when the world went mad but this was not an issue and Prestige could not have been more helpful in doing this. We had a vegetarian menu and also accounted for Vegan meals too. We had Tapas and a trio of desserts which were all delicious and went down a treat. The huge majority of our guests are meat eaters and this was not a problem as the food was amazing and everyone loved it. They provided a bar which was fully stocked and the prices excellent which meant our guests were very merry. The staff were so friendly and

Just a note from us on Jessica and Jamie's wedding. We were so thrilled with the day and everything worked like clockwork. The food was fabulous and lot’s of comments about how much people enjoyed it. Your team were excellent, courteous and very easy to have around.
