A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Association of Valuers' of Licensed Property. I am self-employed, operating in and from Bridgwater, but covering a wide geographical spread, trading as Lyndon Brett Partnership. The practice of Lyndon Brett Partnership was established in 1990, incorporating the practice of Heritage and Plummer a London and Exeter based Licensed Property Valuation practice.

In addition I am CEO of LB Property Investments Ltd, with property investment interests in UK and France, plus CEO of LB Property Management Solutions Ltd. Previously I was an employee and Associate Partner of Tamlyn and Son, Chartered Surveyors, based in Bridgwater.

The business has been providing real estate services to Bridgwater and the surrounding areas since 1990 building a rich heritage based upon professionalism and quality of our work. The nature of LBP is very progressive utilising the latest technologies to provide our services whilst not compromising our traditional values.
A REFUNDABLE TENANCY DEPOSIT capped at no more than five weeks' rent where your total annual rent is less than 50,000, or six weeks' rent where your total annual rent is 50,000 or above. A REFUNDABLE HOLDING DEPOSIT (to reserve a property) capped at no more than one week's rent. CHANGE THE TENANCY when requested by the tenant, capped at 50 (INCLUSIVE of VAT) or (41.67 plus VAT), or reasonable costs incurred if higher.

Our highly skilled draftsman and Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technicians, produce a wide range of scaled drawings to expert standards, including Ordnance Survey maps, floor plans, elevation, cross section drawings and specific detailed component drawings.

Drawing and Design work can be undertaken for both existing buildings (barns, renovations, house extensions) and proposed 'new build' schemes, including site/transport layouts for both residential and/or commercial developments, all relevant to the client's needs and aspirations.
As a member of the Local Authority Building Control Partner Authority Scheme we have access to in-depth expertise on all projects requiring Building Regulations Approval, with works inspected by local Building Control Officers who have invaluable local knowledge and can offer on-going advice throughout the duration of the project.
