Merlin Engineering have a clean assembly area, completely separated from the machine area, where we assemble, and wire complete machines to our customer's specification.Although at Merlin Engineering we are a sub-contract operation, we also engineer a complete Carton Feeder machine of our own for overprinting date codes and batch codes.

3D Printing from Merlin gives you the ability to easily test product designs using models made of tough ABS plastic. Complex parts produced this way can be surprisingly cost effective, especially when comparing low volume to subtractive manufacturing methods. You can make complex assemblies that work.
A very impressive and solid machine with driven (live) tooling. With a 10 chuck and 90mm thru spindle hole, it allows for very versatile machining capabilities. Maximum turning diameter up to 340mm - Maximum component length or approximately 500mm. The live tooling allows the machine to mill, drill and tap in combination with turning creating complex components without the need of a milling machine or VMC.
For the past couple of months we have been operating from both the old, and the new factories as we moved our manufacturing facilities across to the new site.
