Sealey PP100 Power Scope Symptom - Stuck in protection mode Very useful peace of equipment, only if you know how to use it. Features such as built in Volt meter, oscilloscope, Ohms meter and power injection, amazing. But yet like all electronics is prone to failures like everything else. In this case a faulty breaker.
