Screen printing is when we use screens burnt with the image of your design, throw in some ink, a squeegee and Bam! We have screen printing. Screen printed items are long lasting, wash well and feel great. They are great for events, branded items, club, schools trips the list just goes on. Firstly we take the design file - such as an illustrator file and make sure the sizing and resolution is correct, so the design prints well.
Puff 3D cap embroidery uses a foam base to achieve an three dimensional effect. The foam comes in black & white with two widths 2mm and 3mm to accommodate various products. Raised 3D cap embroidery requires the thread or stitch count to double, so that the foam will not be exposed through the thread.
Full Colour (CMYK) transfer prints only. Printed and cut to shape within 100mm wide x 100mm high. These clothing transfer prints are printed on a white background perfect for dark garments. 1 Design per Quantity. We can help with your design and cutter guide if you need it. We print full colour clothing transfers which can be cut into various shapes and sizes. These can be applied to both light and dark garments, the dark shirt transfers don't allow the colour of the garment to show through.
