Poor service,
Messed up my engraving on 2 photo frames so engraved them on different ones, bearing in mind they was for a present, didn’t even ask if they could use different frames until I went in to pick them up, the new frames was a cheaper option yet still said they was the same price only when I looked into it myself and said the frames was cheaper and that I had paid for more expensive ones, miserable staff. Would deffinately not return!!
