Services
When your pet goes missing, it causes huge turmoil to your life. Making sure they are microchipped gives you peace of mind they'll be safely returned when found. It's not just us humans who need trips to the dentist! If your dog has bad breath, or your hamster's nails or teeth need clipping, you can bring them into us for a little TLC.
If your pet has an emergency during our normal opening hours, please call the practice and we will advise you what to do next. If you have an emergency when we are closed, please contact our partners Vets Now on 01582 322878. Vets Now is the pet equivalent of an accident and emergency service, dedicated to providing pets with access to a vet out of hours.
We believe that nutrition is an important part of keeping pets healthy and can also play a vital part in the treatment of some illnesses. This is why we stock a select range of cat and dog pet food in practice, helping to take the faff out of pet food for our clients by recommending diets that have been scientifically created to provide optimal nutrition, which tastes great!
We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about - 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. Consults are 10 mins and cost 24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original 24 payment will be refunded. We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.

Staff are welcoming, nurses are very understanding, vets go above and beyond for you. We have unfortunately spent too much time at the surgery due to rare conditions but the relationship and trust we have built with the staff here is amazing. Couldn’t wish for a better practice to look after our pets

The vet is amazing....cannot fault her, however...reception are rude, they do not listen, dismissive, and I wish I didn't have to speak to them when visiting.... no eye contact.... not even a hello upon arriving nor a thank you for payment...... very rude.... looking down their noses...but hey.... I'm here for my dog...and am in love with the actual vet.....not here to make friends with receptionists...... hence the 5 stars (for vet ONLY)....Zero stars for receptionist

Really impressed with this practice. All the staff I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, caring and attentive. My concerns have been listened to and everything clearly explained. My dogs have been given the highest level of care.

Took my puppy to her first ever vet visit and she was very happy and not too distressed. The vet and nurses were very kind and friendly and easy quick too book an appointment too. Am considering staying with them in the long run as their price is good too over all 100% recommended

First time owner of a kitten, I didn't know what to expect, but I was very happy with everything. The service was great, with thorough explanations with understandable terms. I couldn't actually be in the consultation room with my kitten due to covid rules, but I felt safe, comfortable and secure to leave the kitten with the vet. The establishment was very clean and fresh.

I'm a first time kitten owner, and managed to get an appointment within a week of having my kitten and around my work schedule. The reception staff are very helpful. The vet was understanding and happy to answer any silly questions I had. The first kitten check up and vaccinations were quick and simple, I waited in the waiting room and my kitten was returned to me within minutes.
Also, parking! always a plus.
