Graham has dealt with a number of matters for me including sale of a property and wills. He is appraochable, always available to take calls and is very helpful at resolving tricky matters in a pragmatic way. His fees are also very reasonable for a top class job. When a person passes away and leaves a Will, sometimes a Grant of Probate is required (or Letters of Administration where there is no Will) for the person entitled to administer the Estate to carry out their duties. Sometimes a Grant is not required, where the Estate is small and certain criteria are met and we give initial guidance as to the most efficient and economical way to collect in, distribute and account for the deceased person's assets.
Conveyancing is the process required to buy or sell a property and to deal with the formalities surrounding it, including registration of Titles at the Land Registry, dealing with mortgage lenders, making the relevant returns to HM Revenue and Customs. Searches and enquiries are made on your behalf and we report on the Title and surrounding matters to you generally in a convenient form.

Graham Waite is an excellent local solicitor who always are happy to go the extra mile to assist in a smooth transaction. Its good old fashioned service that means so much during the stress of buying or selling a house. There's no call centre or holding on the phone getting passed from pillar to post. Also his staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly reccomend G A Waite Solicitors.
