Called this firm to ask an advice/make an appointment this morning. The firm promised someone will get back to arrange the above. Waited all day. Nobody rang back at all. Glad to have experienced this now rather than after being committed to them. Not a good client/potential client service at all. Shame since they were recommended by a very good friend.
