Friendly service and job done reasonably quickly (laptop keyboard replaced and additional job sorting out dryness done within a week) but poor post-job customer service. I seemed to miss a call just after collecting computer telling me to get back to the shop (possibly because of missing cover in centre of the back of the laptop?) but have not been able to get back to confirm, despite many attempts on the repairer's mobile number, and a couple on the shop's landline. Hope I will be eventually called back!
