In light of the current situation, to maintain the highest standards of health and safety, we've put in place some extra measures. We can still help with most of your needs by taking temporary remote control of your computer. We will be able to see your screen. You can see everything we're doing and you can talk to us on the phone at the same time.

I used Avanti just before Christmas, when my hard drive crashed! it was a real panic scenario, as all my work for many years was on the computer! The team did an excellent job of replacing a new hard drive and saving and restoring all my information in exactly the same format. I was extremely relieved and impressed with not only the service offered, but equally how quick and effectively the work was achieved. My computer now runs extremely quick and feels like I have purchased a new machine, but at a fraction of the price! I would highly recommend the service provided, not only was it very quick

Daniel of Avanti was very helpful discussing the technical issues clearly and concisely before any work started .
The processes involved were handled swiftly and efficiently , with data on a dead external hard drive recovered fully and delivered within a brand new fully accessible and working external hard drive.
The overall cost was very fair considering how difficult this specialist project work is to be completed successfully
