Called Saturday afternoon with black smoke coming out of our boiler flue. Their website says "happy to help in an emergency". I was told on the phone "you're not one of our regular customers? sorry, can't help" *click!* and HUNG UP ON ME! He could have suggested another company if he didn't want to help, but just hanging up?! A complete lack of customer service and NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER.
