We are a small independent boutique, established in 2014. Our wonderful business started in Portchester. We are now established in Waterlooville and have enjoyed being in this lovely town for 3 years. WoS business started as two Mums who loved gowns and dresses and needed to wear a gown on occasions but were on a budget.
With the wonderful opportunity of being able to undertake alterations on our dresses. Our successful business, Worn Once Sparkles was born. Our business had been growing successfully day by day for 6 years. Unfortunately after the first nearly 3 years, one of the partners due to ill health had to leave.

Had an amazing experience visiting WoS gowns today. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was really anxious before about the whole process. The staff were extremely accommodating during conversations when I had to change the appointment and were understanding, knowledgeable, professional and made me feel completely at ease whilst I was trying on the dresses. There were lots of different styles to try and my guests were given time to have a close look at each dress I tried on and help with the decision making. It was a very positive experience and I look forward to going back once

3 weeks before my wedding a seamstress from elsewhere altered 2 dresses & re attached 6 bows on my bridesmaids dresses.
The 2 altered dresses on trying on had been made to small & all 6 bows were of centre.
In desperation I called around & was given wos Sparkles number. From the moment I contacted them Ali was absolutely amazing. She constantly reassured me that they could sort the dresses for me & went above & beyond to help me.
The seamstress is my hero & I can honestly say that without them both I dont know what I would of done. I cannot thank them enough & you can see from the photo that

I went to look for my wedding gown back in May 2019, I hadn't been dress shopping before and I'm not a dress kind of person, but the ladies made me, and my mum feel truly welcome and helped me with the process.
I was amazed that they pulled a dress (3rd dress I tried on) which I fell in love with on my first visit.
Also my mum found the mother of the bride dress here too on the same day x
I high recommend these ladies without a doubt x

What a lovely shop and staff.
The customer service that we have experienced has been top notch!
Ali helped us to find the perfect dress! We had regular messages and updates as to when the dress would be in etc. Cannot fault the staff.
When the dress came in and my daughter tried it on, she was made to feel like a princess.

We went to worn once sparkles to sell our daughters prom dress. Having spoken to Ali and being asked to send photos via messager we did this and asked when we could bring it to the shop. With no response in three months we decided to visit the shop only to be very rudely told she didn't have time to view the dress and that we would have to make an appointment for a week day. When I suggested leaving the dress for her to view at her leisure she said it may get lost. I have found another outlet in the local area where I can sell our dress. I urge people to be cautious when using this service.

This little gem of a shop has a really fantastic range of designer dresses- both prom and bridal but at a fraction of normal prices. Ali and the team work relentlessly to make you feel like a princess- they are experts at their trade and just make you feel so welcome. A wonderful dress shop, well worth a visit.
