Legit website and all that but really not the best shopping or customer experience. Bought two lights, only got one, then got told the second was out of stock. Was told it would be back in stock a week later. 2 weeks later chased them and was told it was still out of stock and to wait for 4 weeks. 5 weeks later I chased and was told again it would be in stock the week after and then again chased after 2 weeks to be told there still no stock. Patience now inexistant, I unleashed my unhappy customer fury on them and demanded a return which, to be fair to them, they did for free and had it picked

Absolutely shocking service. I called the company to check on stock before the purchase. I was assured the product I was after was available. After two weeks I have sent an email with a request of following up and all I got was a full refund. No one called me, no one emailed me about. No explanations, no estimated time of stock arrival. When I called them for more informations there was no apology not attempt to make the customer happy. Basically the agent was cold and short and offered no solution at all. So 3 weeks after the transaction I am back at starting point. Waste of energy and time to
