The original developer will be obligated to sell a certain number of homes on their development at a discount to people with a local connection who are in housing need. The sale price can vary anywhere between 50% and 80% of open market value. In shared ownership you buy a share of the property - between 25 per cent and 75 per cent.
Once you have found your dream home you can put in an offer through us. It is a good idea to have your mortgage offer ready to back this up and your solicitor ready. We can of course answer any questions you may have about the property and negotiate a satisfactory sale price between yourself and the seller.
Discounted Homes for Sale are homes that are built and sold below market value by private developers. You should expect to pay between 50% to 80% of the open market value for a Discounted Home for Sale home. You will own the freehold. The discounted sale percentage is agreed during the planning stage by a S106 agreement.

The photographs and online video tour that Pen sorted out were fantastic.The team helped us through a difficult time whilst our property was going through the auction process in the summer of 2021. Marketed a house Feb 2021 until Oct 2021. Highly recommend Kerb Appealz. My house had a tenant and the agency were supportive of putting the house through a couple of auctions and then onto the open market once the tenant had moved out. The marketing was rapid, accurate and very appealing. Communication was always on point - my main contact was Will and I couldn't fault anything. Penny was very reassuring and gave lots of information when she came to value my property. Within two days of selecting Kerb Appealz my property had been photographed, a video made and viewings arranged. A very professional service has been offered with regular updates being given by William. Would totally recommend them to sell a property, especially as I haven't been able to be on hand throughout the process they have taken over on my behalf.
