In light of new Government guidelines and in the interest of keeping our clients and staff safe, we have taken the decision to work from home with immediate effect and our office is now temporarily closed until further notice. Now that you have decided to rent out your property you'll want to maximise the letting potential by making sure you address the condition, the quality of the presentation and attention to detail.
This is our inclusive Service, which provides for the marketing of the property and carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective Tenant. This proving satisfactory, we will then go ahead and prepare the tenancy agreement, and if required an inventory. The Tenant will then be checked in against the inventory.
If you have a specific type of property in mind we can take details of your requirements and contact you should a suitable property become available. Once you have viewed a property and decided to proceed with the letting we will start the process of arranging the tenancy agreement, deposits, references etc.
