We are a family owned residential care home which caters for the needs of 18 elderly residents who have residential or dementia care needs. With just 18 residents, it allows us to give a much more personal service. And it allows them to feel part of the 'family' at Elmfield. We have been caring and looking after residents for 25 years.
During which time we have seen many changes in both the caring system and Elmfield House itself. However, one thing will never change, our ethos to create a 'home from home' environment, where residents feel safe, secure and valued, just as they would in their own home. Independence is promoted and encouraged.

Services
At Elmfield House we pride ourselves on our 'home from home' culture providing excellent quality of care in a person- centered way whilst promoting dignity, respect and independence. We ensure that all of our staff know the individual needs, preferences and wishes of each resident and build honest and trusting relationships with our residents and their family and friends.
Elmfield House has core values which all staff are expected to demonstrate at all times and are integral to fulfilling our mission statement. We acknowledge that Elmfield House is the resident's home, therefore staff maintain a professional attitude at all times. We offer refreshments to visitors and have an open- door policy regarding visiting hours.
In recent years our residential and dementia care home has undergone significant renovations to improve the interior and physical appearance of the home. We have included a ground floor shower room, a new bathroom with a walk in bath, extended the kitchen and improved the laundry room. We then went on to add an additional 3 en-suite bedrooms, a larger lounge area, improved dining room, and new laminate flooring throughout the ground floor.
Our cook Dawn has been at Elmfield for 4 years, she is very experienced and highly qualified. On a daily basis she prepares and helps serve nutritious home cooked meals. We offer a varied and balanced menu to ensure our residents have a range of meals and snacks to ensure a healthy intake of nutriants.
The senior care manager of Elmfield Residential Home Ltd is Miss Niccii Gillett who has worked within the health and social care setting for over 17 years and has been at Elmfield House for 7 years. Niccii is registered as a manager with the CQC and has a level 5 QCF in health and social care. There is a team of senior carers who are all trained to level 3 QCF/ NVQ in health and social care.

A wonderful care home with lovely staff. Niccii and the team go above and beyond for all the residents. It is a joy to see so many activities to keep the residents engaged. Lots of smiling faces. The staff have a very caring nature and the size of the home means that the residents care needs are clearly defined and understood. Keep up the fantastic work Elmfield!

Elmfield House is a lovely care home. They offer a lovely home from home experience and have even managed to do this through these difficult recent times. All the staff go above and beyond with the level of care they provide and as a visitor to the home I have always been made to feel welcome. Niccii has always kept me informed and is such an asset to the home. New management have recently made a lot of improvements and the residents all look very happy when I visit. Keep up the great work Elmfield.

We tried for over a year to persuade Mum to come into Elmfield. Finally after a series of seizures she permanently moved in 3 months ago and we are all very pleased. Niccii and her team of carers are first class. Mum is enjoying socialising with other residents and the care team. A 10 out 10 care home. Thank you.

I have worked at Elmfield House since 2010. I can honestly say that in my 21 years of working in health and social care, it is the best home I’ve ever worked in. There are few small, family owned care homes in the area.
The residents really are treated as our own family: we know their every need and preference. Person centred care is evident in everything we do.
At Elmfield, we are an extended family and our residents care is of the highest standard. We continuously adapt the way in which we work around our residents changing needs. Residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times

My Dad has been a resident at Elmfield House since October 2017. I can’t speak more highly of the standard of care, compassion and commitment given by staff and management to residents at Elmfield House, it’s exceptional!
Being at Elmfield is like being part of one big happy family. Everyone knows each other and nothing is ever too much trouble, residents are treated as individuals, not as numbers. Staff, treat residents with sensitivity and compassion no matter what their care needs are. The staff run daily stimulating activities such as quizz's, bingo, gentle exercise, dancing and singing

I have Worked at Elmfield House for over a year and am always impressed by the lengths staff and Management go to provide a home to that really feels like home and is not like other residential homes in the fact that the whole emphasis of the home is to provide a caring environment that is more like one big family where everyone, staff and residents are extremely close.
Anyone is always made to feel welcome and I thoroughly recommend anyone that is looking for a caring environment for their loved ones to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat and see for yourselves what a truly unique atmosphere there

Elmfield House Residential Home is a small friendly run business in Bisley, Surrey and provides care for eighteen residents. It is one of the best Residential Home's in Surrey and thrives on providing a warm welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times.
All the staff are very professional and well trained and deliver outstanding care to the eighteen residents on a day to day basis.
The home provides an excellent activities rota including trips outside of the home such as Pub lunches, Tea Dances at HG Wells in Woking, Teas on The Rec, Theatre Trips, Circus and other events that are held locally
