Absolutely fantastic shop and staff.
Viewing a motorcycle is pretty awkward here as the small footprint of the shop doesn't allow easy access to any bike. But they do have a huge amount in stock
I'm sure if you asked to sit on a bike they could help but it seems that might require 4 or 5 bikes to be moved ( if it's deep into the isle )
Mechanics here are special breed of amazing I've had several bits of work carried out with my machine with thought care and attention every time.
They make no mistaking showing you what work is done and how it was done. I have nicely to be shower and how to tighten

Having recently lost my Mum suddenly I had requested a bike delivery to be brought forward with only three days notice to be delivered on what would of been her birthday. Alison in Admin went above and beyond what I would exspect, so compassionate and totally professional, what a credit to Wigan Yamaha. I even had a call today to ensure that I was OK and that the delivery went to plan. Big Bear on the delivery and hand over was as professional and compassionate on what was a very difficult day for us. Fetch my new tracer gt9 today traveled 100 miles what a great experience, kris was brilliant showed me everything on the bike and how to operate switch gear and even how to take the panels of be time i got home i could even set the menu up. Called in this morning 29th October with Fjr1300 with issue of ABS light staying on, switch was under recall to be replaced.
Checked to see if they had the part, fitted by technician with other issues there and then not booked in on my way again within a few hours.

Had a bad experience with Padgett’s (a customer service disaster zone) so cancelled a bike order with them and found a similar bike at Wigan Yamaha and the experience couldn't have been more different. Paul Wright was brilliant to deal with and always contactable (unlike Padgett’s) and despite a few Covid related obstacles that came along, Wigan Yamaha went the extra mile to get the bike delivered. I’m very happy with the bike and the service and I highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Great customer service and always there for a helping hand. I bought a xsr900. Mark was brilliant to deal with he helped in choosing the right model and colour and especially organising to get the bike over to us in Northern Ireland.
