Fantastic service from Mick and the guys at Chorley Yamaha. Mick made buying my first big bike super easy and nothing was too much trouble. Travelling up from London was totally worth the drive. I bought my MT07 and had the pleasure of dealing with Mick 😊
He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
It came advertised with heated grips and on arrival they didn’t work. He swiftly arranged a brand new set for me along with a couple of springs for the exhaust.
I usually hate dealing with people in sales but Mick was a breath of fresh air, thank you so much for everything 😊

I have to say that Chorley Yamaha was a breath of fresh air to deal with. They are so friendly and down to earth. I dealt with Greg who was very good to deal with. They offered the most fair part exchange value and did not simply go off the book value like most dealers did. They could not have been more fair. Very rare to find dealers like this. Despite them been 1 hour away and me having a local Yamaha dealer on my doorstep I will definitely going back to speak to Greg when I update my bike in few years. Very refreshing experience from start to finish. Great company. 👍👍

From my initial telephone contact with the salesman Mick I received a first class service. On my day of purchase the motorbike was wonderfully presented and I again received an excellent service resulting in a deal that suited everybody. A massive thanks to the guys at Chorley Yamaha for coming to my rescue today. I picked up a puncture while in Chorley and I phoned them from the roadside to see if they could replace my tyre. They couldn’t as they didn’t have an inner tube but they sent out their van to my rescue to help get my bike home. I’m so grateful to them, much appreciated and I didn’t even buy my bike from them. They are certainly on my radar when it comes to a change, 5 star service! Thanks again guys!
