The event attracts hundreds of exhibitors and delegates from across the world. We have worked in some challenging areas, including moving large pieces of artwork to historic canal side palaces in Venice, transporting 5th century artefacts to Rome and fragile modern sculptures from Europe. Meritex were the official logistics service provider for the Baku European Games 2015.

Meritex was launched in 1998 and rapidly established a reputation for covering the more challenging areas of the globe, specialising in Russia and CIS, the Middle East and emerging African countries. You will have one point of contact for all of your logistics related needs. We will make sure that your goods get from A to B within the requested deadlines, in pristine condition and on the agreed budget.
With years of experience Meritex built a reputation for our high quality art packing. We design and manufacture bespoke crates which will suit your exact needs, and keep your precious goods safe and protected. We are more than happy to come out to you and measure the art work at your location. Once the crate is ready, we can safely pack your goods on site.
We work closely with the Games Organising Committee to determine the level of logistics support they are ready to offer to the Games participants. We then determine a plan on how much staff, crew, vehicles, equipment and storage space is necessary in order to offer a great experience to all the Games participants and client groups.
Meritex International have been appointed as the official exhibition freight forwarders and handling agent for OMC 2021. Only Meritex International can operate and provide forklifts, cranes, and workers used for the purpose of unloading vehicles, and delivery to stands inside the halls.
The confirmation of this order and its receipt by Meritex International is deemed conclusive evidence of the customer's agreement to pay the total costs of services ordered from the date on the form.Please select the total volume (CBM) of empty cases you require to be stored during the event.
