I bought from Raft years ago, gorgeous furniture and smooth purchase and delivery. Thus year I needed a chair to match those I had already and was delighted they still did them. When it eventually arrived I was delighted. Not impressed with lack of communication tough regarding delays and more delays and no apology whenever I contacted them. I love their furniture but woukd be wary of buying from them again.

Beautiful furniture well laid out over two floors. Also had cushions, beds, garden furniture and clearance section. Need to visit again. Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Visited the Cricklewood branch, and purchased some wonderful cushions. Thank you! (Staff said there was a car park above the store, we’d parked at a meter as we did’t know the area)

I would recommend that you avoid this company at all costs. I have been waiting 6 months to have a very simple (although crucial) problem fixed.
Firstly my sofa was delivered damaged with low quality leather used. The filling for the cushions where not the right size and they have been unable to simply send out the right size despite months of dialogue.
Yes the furnature looks good but it really isn't worth the hassle (and considerable cost).
