Concept-One were recommended to us by friends for whom they had designed and overseen the building of a new kitchen. We found the team friendly, thorough and thoughtful in their design and construction work, and made the whole process of decision-making an enjoyable one. The kitchen fitter was an expert craftsman. The team liaised well with builders with whom they had worked before, and overcame a number of practical difficulties, in which we felt they were on our side. Our new kitchen is aesthetically pleasing and functionally practical, and we are very happy with the result.
