Services
For those who would like to see a prescribing pharmacist from the comfort of their own home, Lalys Pharmacy is delighted to be offering private consultations online. You can receive a one-to-one consultation to discuss how you are feeling and/or any minor ailments, get a diagnosis, prescription and delivery of any medication straight to your door.
We are very proud to have recruited some of the best in their field, you can read about them below. At school, my favourite subjects were Maths, Biology and Chemistry, so I wanted to work in a job that would result from studying those areas. I really love everything about the job, but I am a very social person, so if I had to choose one thing, it would be the daily contact with a wide variety of people.
As an expanding business, we are always happy to receive applications from Pharmacists and Pharmacy staff. Please review our current vacancies below and then upload your CV and a covering message detailing your suitability for employment. We do accept CVs to keep on file and will make contact if an appropriate opportunity arises.
The Electronic Prescription Service, or EPS, is becoming an increasingly popular way for GP surgeries to send us their patient prescriptions. It enables prescribers - such as GPs and practice nurses - to send us prescriptions electronically, making the prescribing and dispensing process more efficient and convenient for patients and staff.
Coming to see one of our prescribing pharmacists can save you time waiting for an appointment to see your Doctor or, if you come out of hours, waiting in the emergency departments at the Portsmouth Hospitals, St Marys or the Queen Alexandra (QA). We are currently only able to write you a private prescription so if medication is required then we will need to charge for this service.
