This service involves two short interviews with the Pharmacist, either in person or over the telephone. The first interview takes place one or two weeks after you have started the new medicine. This will allow the Pharmacist to identify any problems or side-effects you may be having.
The second follow-up interview takes place two weeks after the first and is designed to ensure you are continuing to take the medicine correctly and to discuss any issues that may have been raised at the first interview.

We will be operating clinics with appointment times. The dates of these clinics will be announced when we receive confirmation of the delivery dates of our vaccines. We can accommodate walk-in requests but depending on the pharmacist's workload, there may be a wait for you to receive your vaccination.

After having trouble with a different pharmacy in the area I decided to change to Bobat pharmacy. They have all been amazing at sorting out my medication, making sure it’s ordered, dispensed on time etc. They made phone calls to my Gp and the other pharmacy on my behalf trying to sort out the problems that Lloyds created. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ pharmacy. Thank you
