San Brelade is in the beautiful Roundham area of Paignton, nestled in between Paignton Harbour and Goodrington Sands with the spectacular views of Roundham Head just a minute's walk away. It's perfect for a holiday in Devon as we're a short walk from not one, but two Blue Flag beaches! San Brelade has four double ensuite bedrooms and a two bedroom apartment that is ideal for families.
The beautifully furnished bedrooms are centrally heated, with flat-screen digital TV, beverage making facilities, hair dryer and complimentary shower accessories. Ironing facilities are available on request. Some bedrooms have sea views. The two bedroom (double & twin) second floor apartment has a shower room, kitchen/diner with microwave, toaster, kettle & fridge plus table & chairs.

We have just arrived home after staying at Julie and Jon's lovely B & B, as soon as we pulled up I knew it was going to be nice before we even got inside, Jon and Julie are really lovely and you can tell they take pride in everything they do to make sure you have really pleasant stay, our room was spotlessly clean and decorated so nicely too, lovely comfy bed, great shower and lovely fluffy towels, San Brelade is in such a great location and a short walk to either Paignton beach or Goodrington beach, breakfast was really nice and nothing was too much trouble. Jon and Julie have done everything

Julie and Jon made our stay extremely pleasant and were so helpful to us during our stay. Well done guys your doing a fab job!!! The two bedroom self catering apartment was amazing and was spotlessly clean. The Little extras were really helpful too ... thank you!
The views from the property were amazing and the location was superb 5 minutes to goodrington sands, fairy cove and Paighton so main beach.
We had breakfast delivered on the last day and it was lovely too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend San brelade and our daughter loved it so much she had been asking all day when we can go back

Lovely family run B&B with breath taking views, glorious walks and clean beaches which was really nice, we loved relaxing watching the boats in the harbour, sadly we didn’t get to venture out on the coastal train to Dartmouth for the day, we will next time we go and stay! Jon and Julie are friendly, warm and welcoming and their fully renovated home is attractive, clean and comfortable, their breakfast was delicious too! We would highly recommend this good value for money B&B.

It's is located on Asta villa Road in paighton. A five minute walk from paighton harbour..
A ten minute walk from the town centre.
If you walk to the top of the hill you can walk down to goodington sands..A very large beach and water park.
It's in a very good location. Has five parking spaces. You can also park on main road.
Lundy the owner is very friendly..Nothing is a bother for her very helpfull. Such a lovely lady.
It's has lovely clean rooms. With sea views.
Tv. Tea and coffee facilities..hairdryer..

A wonderful hotel, very reasonably priced, splendid breakfast, and felt like a home from home.
I remembered this place from my previous 2013 visit and determined it would be my choice if I ever returned to Paignton.
A lucky find, and most of the guests I saw were 'returnees' their own stays at San Brelade.
No room for improvement here as perfection is already in operation.
