Upon acceptance of a booking Rosemead Guest House requires a credit or debit card number whereupon a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night will be taken. If the Guest cancels the booking 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the case of a no show then the full cost of the booking will be charged to the credit card used to book the reservation.

Great warm welcome. Keith & Margaret were lovely. We had top room which was clean, great TV, en suite, comfortable bed. Keith arranged parking only 1 street away. Good position only one street from front. A comfortable B&B. Family room and 4 poster also available. New mattresses, bedding. Good tea coffee (de caf) chocolate.
