Great service received when selling our new flats in Kew earlier this year. The team engaged with us productively at an early stage to help with details such as finishes and specifications which helped make the flats appealing to buyers. All flats sold efficiently during the pandemic which is a great outcome.

First time renting with FL. I am moving boroughs and was able to secure a flat even though there was a shortage of rental properties due to professionals returning to work in the office. It is in a location I really like. A lovely agent showed me the flat and many thanks to Prue who helped finalise everything on time. Definitely recommend and I hope to use in the future if required.

Sophie, Jo and the rest of her team were such a welcome change from the 'list it and wait' approach of many rivals. In a mixed market, I doubt we would have achieved our goal with just a 'reactive', low-resource agent.
