MEC Industrial Engineering LTD is an established engineering company that has been trading since 2007. We are based in Usk, Monmouthshire but cover all of the UK. At our dedicated workshop in South Wales, we offer all aspects of mechanical engineering. We specialise in one off / prototype builds from the initial idea to the final installation.
In our 3600 sq/ft premise's we have a precision machine shop, fabrication workshop, stores and assembly area. All work area's are separated to prevent cross contamination. We are a self sufficient company giving us the scope to offer a complete package from start to finish that is high quality, cost effective, defect free and time efficient.

We can offer a complete design package. Through communication, up to date tools and technology we are able to offer our customers affordable and innovative engineering solutions. We pride ourselves on intricate design strategies, procedures, methods, monitoring and cost control. Our skills and expertise allow us to offer a range of manufactured items from small bespoke projects to large industrial components.
MEC is able to offer bespoke precision engineering, fast prototyping and production. MEC is continually investing in modern tool technology to provide complex, defect free milled parts at competitive prices. Our service includes turning, milling and finishing. Our extensive range of finishing services include painting, powder coating, chrome plating, chemical black, zinc plating to name but a few.
We are an open minded company and will happily take on bespoke engineering projects. We are able to manufacture products to order that cannot be bought off the shelf. With our metal working expertise we have the technology and skills to turn your ideas into reality. We have been involved in many projects for tourist attractions including Thorpe Park, Madame Tussuads and Warrick Castle.
Mechanical maintenance and repairs are offered including offsite and onsite repairs, rebuilds, breakdowns, scheduled maintenance, preventative/operational/corrective maintenance and fluid power installation and fault diagnosis. MEC are able to carry out routine servicing schedules, check and calibrate instruments, install new parts and perform quality inspections.
MEC are experienced in supplying pipe work to the mechanical engineering industry and can offer pipe fittings, valves and accessories as well as pipe systems of varying diameters. We work closely with clients within this field supplying prefabricated pipe work into various market sectors including the NHS, education, factories, hotels and office blocks.
