Services
All design, manufacture and installation is carried out to current standards. Our engineers can design a system from working drawings or from carrying out detailed site surveys. We will work closely with you to ensure we understand your needs and provide the most suitable and cost effective solution.
Need a detailed drawing from your design or our design or do you need design drawings drawn to co-ordinate with all the other services? Our highly skilled and experienced CAD draughtsman can prepare drawings in both two and three dimensions. We can even prepare rendered images, visualisations, animations and a walk through.
We are happy to discuss your requirements for any aspect of general fabrication that you require from light fabricated work to heavy fabricated systems. Our fully trained and experienced fabricators have a wide range of skills and are able to produce fabrications to the highest quality. We have the facilities to CNC Plasma cut profiles from pre-galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Due to the more complex manufacturing of products within the chemical, defence and wafer fab industries the extraction of dust and toxic fumes need to be tightly controlled. Our Hazardous Systems service incorporates ventilation ductwork for anti-static, corrosive, explosive and highly hazardous fume systems.
