Full of promises but full of excuses !
I used there services for full management, but unfortunately to my expense this was a total waste of time and money !
For example, strictly instructed for no pictures to be attached to the walls, first six month check, to my horror counted twenty eight pictures nailed to the wall
in my newly decorated two bedroom house, again was told nothing could be done until tenets had moved out, the bill for repairs came to £1500 of which I could only claim £894.25, was advised to claim via small claims court to recover my losses, also had to wait three months to

I want to first start by saying I don’t usually write reviews but felt compelled too based on the service and professionalism I received from this company. It's the first time we rent an apartment in Cheltenham. The letting team (Nicki and Jessica in particular ) were extremely helpful and very responsive to every query we had. We had some hiccups in the referencing process and they helped sort them all out. Great service, highly recommend!

We stayed in the Mariners Court apartment in Gloucester Docks. A beautiful apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean and immaculately presented. It is perfectly situated for the quays and city centre both are a short walk away. Thank you so much for a relaxing well deserved break.
