We can't recommend Kingsley Evans highly enough. They dealt with the Sale of our property with efficiency, professionalism and were so responsive, every time; a rarity these days! All the staff at KE deserve recognition for their commitment and helpful, friendly approach to their clients, but special mention must be made to Alex, without his determination, keeping calm under enormous pressure, the chain may well have collapsed. We sold our house through K.E. We found them very proactive in introducing prospective buyers, following up after viewings and keeping us informed of progress. They sold our house in 3 months after it had been on the market for 16 months with the former agent. Nicola handled our sale very effectively.
