Services
With a varied weekly calendar of social activities, entertainment, outings, games, creative sessions and therapies, our residents have plenty to keep them busy. The home's dedicated activity therapist helps residents choose activities they like. They are always welcome to try something new and all activities are optional - there's no pressure to join in if a resident prefers to simply relax and enjoy time alone.
Yes, there are no set visiting hours at Chilterns Manor. Friends and family are welcome to visit whenever they like. If you're in the process of choosing a home for your loved one and are coming to look around, it helps if you can let us know beforehand. But if you do decide to drop in unexpectedly, it's best to come between mealtimes when staff are more likely to be free to show you the home and answer questions.
We are a small and friendly team of professional careers who take pride in our work and enjoy making a difference to people's lives. For this role, you must have qualifications to NVQ3 or equivalent and be experienced at dispensing medication. Each member of staff has a personal development programme and we provide training in a wide range of subjects relating to their work and areas of expertise.
