Phoned up Aman's Alarms to ask for an engineer to fix what another company had installed and then failed to support. I was given a great service where he helped me figure out the issue (which worked!) and was happy to arrange an engineer visit if it didn't.
They didn't have to entertain my call at all, but they did.

Called Aman at 6pm in a panic as my existing (old) alarm would not stop going off. Aman very calmly and professionally talked me through how to disable it and peace returned to the neighbourhood. Top man for picking up the phone and helping when you didn't have to. You are going to be the provider of a new system. Refreshing to get this service in this day and age, a big thank-you!

Aman is a likeable young man, he came out at very short notice, on a Sunday, to resolve an issue with our existing alarm system. Although he was not completely familiar with our system, his professional and methodical approach allowed him to resolve the problem to our complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Aman and his business!

Lovely young man arrived on time was very respectful of our home.
He is clearly passionate and very knowledgeable within the security system industry.
He wasn't looking for a hard sale but was keen to offer different solutions in different cost brackets. I loved that he used logic and was also concerned with the aesthetics ie wires not showing etc. He listened to what we wanted and why and tried to advise accordingly.
We are currently reviewing our options but wouldn't hesitate recommending Aman to others. Really nice guy.
