I booked Midland Alarms to do an upgrade on an existing system that I have inherited in a house move. I have never had an alarm system before, so I was a little nervous about having one. But I had nothing to worry about! Kevin was polite, punctual and very good at explaining everything to me. He was done in no time and took me through the whole system and made sure I was happy before he left.
Service was great. Kevin came on time, everything was completed very quickly and all features explain with out jargon. This is the 3rd house that I have had Midland Alarm Service out to fit a new system in as well havingvtgem back for my yearly service. Well priced, quality professional instalation and friendly after sales service.
In the past, most alarm systems that people had installed were bell-only alarm systems, e.g. they made a noise. Their main function was to scare people away and act as a deterrent to the opportunist burglar. These then developed into dialler systems which would call your telephone number with an automated recording to let you know as and when your alarm went off.

Midland Alarm fitted a new system for our home a couple of years ago. Their services are very professional and delivered in a helpful and totally friendly way. Yesterday our system flagged up that it needed service, so I phoned Midland Alarm and straight away spoke to Steve who advised me that whatever was needed could be achieved remotely. He then went into our alarm system online, did what was needed and also updated the HKC firmware to make it simpler for any future changes.

Absolutely brilliant service. Had a problem with my alarm system on a Sunday afternoon. I sent an email to get a quote to fix it or just seek advice expecting someone to hopefully contact me on Monday morning. About an hour and half after sending an email Steve rang and after telling him my issue he talked me through what I needed to do over the phone. Someone a bit less scrupulous good have easily come out, charging a call out fee etc. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing service. We moved to htis house with an alarm but no code to use. Was recommended to use this company which we are so grateful we were, the service we received was exceptional from the time we spoke to the lady on the phone to the engineer Kevin arriving he was timely, very Knowledgeable, friendly he explained everything clearly to my husband and I. Managed to resolved our issue. Exceptional service. I would highly recommend this company.
