Hi is that fiesta that i put a 100 pound down on and you never got back as you will know i have lost my job and i was awaiting my redundancy i was going to pay for it out of that but if you have sold the 57 fiesta burgundy i will want my deposit back my name is tom bresnen i shall be calling in tomorrow and this is to the person i give the deposit to mike is his name and ian dent knows how i am i shall see yous tomorrow thanks

Bought a van from here, Phill was awesome professional and helpful the van 2 weeks down the line had a random. Wear and tear issue a pipe wasnt doing its job they replaced it no issue highly reccomend will use in future

Horrible experience, ouch. This company appears to be operating a Great Big Scam, don't touch them. I had to withdraw from a car purchase, after giving this dealer a deposit, because the info I'd been given about Insurance was wrong. But Mr Phil Winlow (Sales Manager, Seaham Auto Services) told me he'd 'already sent off' the logbook (V5) and I was the new owner. Strange... I hadn't paid the balance, I hadn't been shown the MOT certificate, nor the Tax, nor the warranty, nor had I visited the garage for the purposes of the sale/transfer, nor checked the car... but he'd sent the logbook off, unsigned

I visited Seaham Auto Services after seeing the car advertised on autotrader. I travelled from the other side of the country and I wasn’t disappointed. The owner opened the garage for just for us on his day off and the car was just as described, I hate haggling for cars and dealing with pushy sales people so I was externally happy to find no… pressure from the owner to buy the car and I was allowed to take it out by myself. Prices are extremely fair and the vehicles are prepared to a very high standard. The entire transaction was effortless and everything was taken care of. I hope

Popped into seaham auto services looking for an affordable low mileage car, and we where not dissapointed with the choice available.loads of choice and all cars looked to be higher quality than most dealerships ive visited.staff where fantastic and couldnt be more helpfull especially phil the sales manager , not pushy at all made me and my partner… feel very comfortable and on my next day of we took car for a test drive and decided the car was great.whilst going over the paper work we where unsure about the space in the boot for both of our kids pushchairs .phil handed us the car keys back
