Went to look at a car this morning, made an offer and came away to think about it, spoke to Ethan(nice lad) on the phone and after a bit of back and forth agreed a price. I had already said I wouldn't be paying a deposit and I would just pay for the car when I picked it up afer some minor repair was done. They said would I pay in full for the car before I picked it up and when I said no was told " Just forget it then". Not the best way to do business. Shame because the car was a good one.

Bought a car a few weeks back smooth sale until the vehicle was coming home and very disturbing noises coming from it got worse over a few days and car cut out. concerning as only "passed" its mot few days prior. but Cleary not a ligit pass. i rang Sunderland car center explaining the situation. They said they wanted the vehicle back to there work shop to address the issue's .noises still there I explained I wasnt comfortable driving the vehicle so far and just wanted a refund as had no faith in them as the car had literally just passed its mot with no issues...Contacted my local halfords garage

I put a deposit on a Citroen c3 20/06/2021 VE10XOV. It took until 02/07/2021 to get the car . The company kept promising calls and never called had to continually chase. Said that it was the garages fault. As I had constantly been told every day for a week we would get the car next day my friend and partner had to pick it up as I couldn't get time off work at the hospital. They picked it up from Sunderland and dropped it at Gateshead ready for me to collect and take home to Whitley Bay. The car conked out on the coast road. Wanted to wait a while to see how the car worked and if there were any issues. I wanted something cheap that would last for a few months, nothing fancy. 12 months on the car is still going strong and has passed two MOTs without any issues. Got a great deal and a quality car. I bought a Peugeot 207, the price was reasonable. Was told it had a MOT just before I actually got the car. I was like great. About 2 weeks after driving the car, the car broke down. Took too my local garage, was told it was something to do with the radiator. Pretty unlikely it had a MOT. Anyways I got rid of it and went on finance with a new car. If you are thinking about getting a car from here make sure you check under the bonnet and everything, because it was my mistake that I never.
